Accessibility Statement
We want every tool on MyToolDock to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, or have low vision or color-vision deficiency. This page is a plain, honest account of where we stand.
Our Commitment
We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard across the site. We treat accessibility as an ongoing process, not a one-time checklist - this page is updated as we find and fix issues, and we would rather tell you what is still broken than say nothing at all.
What We've Verified and Fixed
- Keyboard navigation: a skip-to-content link is present on every page so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the header and nav.
- Motion sensitivity: the site respects your operating system's "reduce motion" setting and turns off non-essential animation when it is on.
- Color contrast on buttons: we computed the actual WCAG contrast ratio of every selectable accent color against button text, found that most failed the AA minimum, and fixed it - button text now automatically switches between black and white depending on which is readable against your chosen accent color.
- Landmarks and structure: pages use a proper
<main>landmark and a clean heading hierarchy.
Known Limitations
In light mode, heading text colored with the "Matrix Green" and "Solar Orange" accent options falls short of our contrast target. This is decorative heading text only - it does not affect any button, form control, or functional element - and we are tracking it as an open item.
